Non-STEMI






The culprit lesion of a non-STEMI  (mini-heart attack) is partial closure of a coronary artery. There is still some blood flow to the heart muscle.

The arrows point to a high-grade blockage of the left anterior descending (LAD) which supplies blood to the front of the heart.
